GOSH I CAN'T BELIEVE 2010 IS HERE.
Okay seriously, 2009 flew by everyone just like that. Looking back at the year, there are certain things that I regretted doing and things that I really enjoyed, great times spent with clique and 1A, and times when I really felt like just giving everything up. But I guess that's life isn't it? :)
I'm kinda looking forward to next year. I think I wanna start anew in both in TA, studies-wise; and in church. Okay anyway shall just post some reflections and stuff for memory-sake. Stuff that are bolded are like the more impt stuff.
Good things that have happened this year:
1 Made new friends
2 Have a group of friends that will help me whenever I need their help
3 Joined water polo
4 Grew slightly closer to church friends
5 Joined TASCIP and managed to get elected as EXCO
6 Got some really good teachers that helped me alot
7 Good cell leaders like Heli, James, Peifen
8 I managed to survive 2009.
Regrets for this year:
1 Not working hard enough studies-wise
2 Not being able to do well in my studies
3 Not making full use of my time
4 Not keeping in touch with vballers and 2HM people often
5 Pulling so many people into vball and not being able to train them properly/find a coach
New year resolutions: (Everything here's impt so I shan't bold anything.)
1 Grow close to my new friends in 2C/09
2 Work hard and get a B3 or A2 for HCL Olevels
3 Grow close to my new cell group and church friends
4 Do well in my studies, get a GPA of at least 3.5 for JCTs
5 Get A for maths and physics (My mom says I got to cause I have tuition for these 2 subjs) D:
6 Be more hardworking
7 Excel in water polo!!!
Hope that next year will be a better and more meaningful and fulfilling year!
Sidetrack: Honestly, without God's grace, I won't be able to survive and make it through this year. Looking back, God has helped me in many ways, whether big or small. He has been behind me all these while, cheering me on. So really, God is almighty and I love him so much. :D
Okay anyway. Goodbye 2009, hello 2010!
